A 45 year old St. Catharine’s man is facing a charge of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle after a crash involving three vehicles.
Back on November 5th at about 2 PM, Grey County OPP were called to a collision on the Grey-Bruce Line in the Township of Chatsworth.
Police say the accused used his Jeep Cherokee to ram the back to two cars on the road in front of him.
However, the accused lost control of his vehicle, which then left the road, hitting a culvert and it rolled several times before coming to a rest in a field.
Somehow, no one was injured in the incident, but the three vehicles sustained major damage.
Grey County OPP arrested the suspect at the scene under the Mental Health Act.
He was taken to the Grey Bruce Regional Health Centre for assessment.
After his release from hospital, he was arrested for the criminal offence of Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle.
