A 21 year old Holland Centre man is charged with making harassing phone calls.
In late August, Owen Sound Police were called by several area female real estate agents about unwanted text messages.
The messages contained sexual overtones.
Just after police started investigating the calls stopped for about six weeks.
Then, two weeks ago the messaging started again.
This time up to 20 female real estate agents throughout Grey and Bruce counties began receiving similar unwanted text messaging.
Late Monday afternoon, Owen Sound Police were able to identify the caller and made an arrest.
Investigators think the accused man surfed real estate ads randomly selecting his victims, and that no one person was specfically targeted.
The calls intensified on weekends, when weekly real estate ads are published.
The accused man has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear in the Owen Sound Court on December 8th.
