Owen Sound Police have charged another person in connection with a chase where an officer fired a shot.
The driver of a stolen van veered toward an Owen Sound Police officer during a pursuit in the 7th Avenue East area on May 21st.
An 18 year old Listowel woman has now been charged with two counts of possession of stolen property.
Police say Nicole Harper was a passenger in the van at the time of the incident.
She was arrested on a warrant Thursday in Listowel and appeared in Owen Sound court yesterday morning.
Harper is being held in custody until her bail hearing Monday.
