Senior Staff and board members from the Hanover and District Hospital are at a weekend retreat at Pike Lake today.
They are talking about the future of the hospital.
Board Chair Brad Holman tells Bayshore Broadcasting News they are reviewing the hospital’s strategic plan.
Holman feels retreats are important to share and review information.
Holman says it allows the hospital to appropriately plan for the future and set out goals and objectives to fit this vision.
The retreat started last night and continues all day today.
Holman feels the experience will also help new hospital board members adapt to their new responsibilities.
