Huron-Kinloss Councillor Jim Hanna says redeveloping Lewis Park was a community-driven project backed by considerable fundraising.
He says it was a grassroots project from the “bottom up,” that helped get most of the work completed.
Hanna says the township has not had to contribute any significant amount of its resources to the work at Lewis Park and says it’s been a “fabulous project from the beginning to the end.”
