Local artists will be opening their doors to the public this Thanksgiving weekend.
The 19th annual Around the Sound Thanksgiving Art Show is taking place this Saturday and Sunday.
Local artist Uwe Harders says it’s a chance for the public to get into the studios of artists in the Owen Sound, Wiarton and Big Bay areas, and see what kind of work they do.
Harders says there are 15 different studios that will have their doors open, and they’re all located on a map put together by the artists.
The map can be found at local bookstores and the Owen Sound library.
There is no admission to go into any of the studios this weekend.
They will be open from 10 AM to 5 PM both Saturday and Sunday.
