Charges have now been laid following an OPP investigation at Lakeside Home Hardware on main street in Sauble Beach.
Bruce Peninsula OPP Constable Nigel Heels says a 52 year old man is now facing two counts of voyeurism.
Constable Heels says police executed a search warrant at the store on September 21st, and the business was closed for 24 hours during their investigation.
The South Bruce peninsula man was released, with a court date set for November 17th in Owen Sound.
The suspect is charged under the Criminal Code of Canada under section 162 which deals with observing or making visual recordings of someone for a sexual purpose.
OPP are not releasing any further information on the incident, but do not expect to lay any other charges.
