Natural Heritage Education Specialist Nora Toth says they are hosting their first ever Family Day “Weekend”.
Skating, snow -shoe challenges – and cross country skiing events unfortunately have all been cancelled due to the mild spell.
The weekend still wraps up with a night time hike.
Toth says the Coyote Howl Hike begins at 7:30 (PM) Sunday evening as they tour through a trail in the dark.
The point is to make coyote and owl calls, and see what or who answers back.
Taking part in the events is free, once you pay your admission into the park.
