Police say for only four minutes on Wednesday morning — there was an interruption to 9-1-1 service in Bruce and Grey Counties.
The City’s police station is undergoing renovations and on Wednesday — crews were upgrading the 9-1-1 phone system.
But a backup system failed and 9-1-1 service was unavailable from 9:14 to 9:18 Wednesday morning.
Police say they will look at the electrical upgrade and the equipment involved.
