A Wingham man will be sentenced in late October after being found guilty of second degree murder.
A jury found 29 year old Ron Ward guilty on Tuesday after eight hours of deliberation.
22 year old Scott Hayes was hit by Ward’s pickup truck in a Wingham parking lot in February of last year.
Ward’s sentencing date is October 28th.
He could get up to 25 years in jail with no chance of parole for ten years.
