South Bruce Grey Health Centre Vice President of Corporate Development and Labour Relations, Brenda Rantz says they have qualified for three months of special funding from Health Force Ontario, the recruitment arm of the Ministry of Health.
The funding will go towards bringing doctors to serve at the hospital temporarily and cover shifts in the Emergency Department.
Rantz says Kincardine qualifies for the extra support because permanent doctors have left the community.
