Grey County OPP have charged a 17 year old Grey Highlands teen with uttering a death threat through his cellphone.
Police say a 15 year old boy received a text message threatening his life yesterday (TUES).
The victim claims he also received a threat on MSN from the same teen about a month before.
The 17 year old suspect has been released from custody and will appear in court next month.
But he is not allowed to have a cellphone or use other electronic communications.
Police say it is a criminal offence to communicate a threat of death or injury to a person — whether in person or through electronic messaging.
