A 36 year old man has been sentenced to three months in jail for sexually assaulting a boy in Owen Sound.
Dwayne Carlsen of Owen Sound was also sentenced to three years probation after pleading guilty to sexual assault and breach of probation.
Carlsen was charged after a 14 year old boy was assaulted in an apartment last March.
Carlsen was also convicted of similar offences in the Chatham area two months ago and was sentenced to five months in jail.
He is now listed on the federal and Ontario sex offender registries and is prohibited from owning a weapon for 10 years.
