The second-degree murder trial of Ronald Ward of the Wingham-area will not start until Wednesday.
The jury was excused this morning when Ward had to be escorted from the London courtroom because of illness.
The 28 year old Ward is charged in the death early last year of 22 year-old Scott Hayes in a parking lot on Josephine Street in Wingham.
Opening statements in the proceeding are expected Wednesday morning.
