We have an update to a fatal two-vehicle crash in South Huron.
The crash happened just after 10 PM on Sunday at Highway 4 and Whalen Line.
As a result Police tells us the passenger of the Dodge Caravan, 73 year old Madeleine Rollins of London was pronounced dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, four others were taken to the South Huron Hospital in Exeter to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
The intersection is now open.
However, the OPP Technical Traffic Investigation Unit continues to investigate this crash.
The road was closed for several hours Sunday.
