Today is the last day for bids for Grew Boats Manufacturing south of Owen Sound.
The receiver in charge of the business — BDO Canada — says there have been a number of inquiries about the boat building operation on Highway 6.
BDO Canada has advertised the facility nationwide.
An auction was held on the weekend for the contents inside the plant.
Grew Boats has been closed since February. after the owner was involved in a shooting incident and police chase.
The company has liabilities of more than two million dollars owed to about 100 creditors — including two dozen employees.
The workers are owed wages, vacation pay, severance and termination pay.
