The Grey Bruce Health Unit is asking for your help, in finding the owner of a cat involved in a biting incident in Hepworth.
On Tuesday — a man was bitten by a cat that entered his home on Bruce Street near Queen Street in Hepworth.
The cat bit him when he tried to remove it.
The cat is described as female, two-toned gray with tan-coloured highlights, and wearing a dark green collar.
Staff of the Grey Bruce Health Unit need to confirm that the cat is not infectious with rabies.
By verifying the health of the cat, the victim can avoid receiving the postexposure rabies treatment.
