A 36 year old man has died in what appears to be a drowning at Sauble Beach.
Bruce Peninsula OPP were called by concerned onlookers around 3:30 PM on Thursday about a possible drowning in Lake Huron.
Some citizens along Lakeshore Boulevard North swam out and brought a man back to shore where an off duty paramedic started CPR.
The victim — Jason McDonough of Dundas — was taken to the Wiarton hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police do not consider the death suspicious.
A post mortem examination will be done today at the Owen Sound hospital.
