The Saugeen Rail Trail is having a special event tomorrow.
A Memorial Service will be held the Rail Trail’s Memorial Gardens in Southampton at 2 PM on Sunday.
Public Relations Director Joyce Scammell says residents who have planted a tree or names on the gazebo will attend.
But she invites other residents to attend.
The Rail Trail will use the opportunity to show off its newly installed Trail Lighting.
Scammell says they approached by the town to try these new solar radiant lights.
She says the system is both energy efficient and aesthetically pleasing.
