Four people were rushed to the Grey Bruce Regional Health Centre in Owen Sound with serious but non-life threatening injuries after a two vehicle collision on Grey Road 18 at Inglis Falls Rd.
It happened around 5 PM on Friday.
Grey County OPP say one of the vehicles involved, a 1997 Acura INT, was traveling west bound on Grey Road 18 when it collided with an east bound vehicle, a 2005 Toyota UXS, which made a left turn onto Inglis Falls Road.
The 25 year old male driver of the Acura and two male passengers, aged 25 and 52, were taken to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
All three live in Vaughn.
The lone female driver of the Toyota was also transported to hospital with minor injuries and released.
A 78 year old Owen Sound woman is charged with an unsafe turn.
Both vehicles were extensively damaged.
Grey County OPP say all those in the crash were wearing seatbelts.
