It turns out the case of the missing hydro poles was just a case of miscommunication.
A representative from Hydro One Corporate Security contacted Grey County OPP last Friday about five missing hydro poles in Grey Highlands.
It turns out the hydro poles were never stolen as Police thought.
Hydro One says there was some miscommunication with a private contractor they hired and it resulted in one of their employees reporting it as a theft.
The 40 foot hydro poles are at the Hydro One depot in Stayner.
