The Bayshore Broadcasting News Centre in Goderich was delighted with a recent visit by three Lions Club Exchange Students recently.
The trio represent their homelands of Turkey, Germany and Spain — and are based in Teeswater during their Canadian trip.
The trio spend three weeks with a host family, then a final week at camp with exchange students from around the world.
Candidates had to pass a speaking exam to demonstrate proficiency in English before being selected.
The students have been impressed with the hospitality they’ve encountered from Canadians.
Following their return home, the students have to submit a report on their Canadian experiences to their respective nation’s Lions Clubs.
