The City of Owen Sound has opened the Library, the Bayshore Community Centre and City Hall as public cooling centres; water will also be available at all three locations.
In Kincardine, the Davidson Centre is open 8:30 AM to 8 PM.
In Saugeen Shores — the Port Elgin Library and Southampton Library are open.
In Hanover — the P&H Centre, the Civic Centre and the Library will be open from 10 AM to 8 PM as public cooling centres for the week.
The Walkerton Community Centre will also act as a cooling centre.
In Meaford — the St. Vincent Community Centre and Arena will be open from 9 AM to 8 PM and the Meaford Hall will be open from 9 AM to 4 PM.
South Bruce Peninsula has opened the libraries in Wiarton and Sauble Beach as cooling centres.
The Salvation Army office in Wiarton is open as a cooling centre at 576 Edward Street.
In Georgian Bluffs — you can cool off at the administration building at Springmount or at the Shallow Lake Community Centre.
The Lucknow and District Sports Complex and the Ripley Huron Community Centre are open as cooling centres from 8:30 AM to 5 PM this week.
The Blue Mountains Town Hall Gallery will be open from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with potable drinking water available and the Library in Thornbury is also open.
