Hanover Police are thanking the public for helping to put a dent in the local drug market.
Police say it was local residents who tipped them off about two drug traffickers that led to a drug raid at an apartment on 11th Avenue.
Hanover Police and the West Grey Police Canine Unit executed the search warrant on Tuesday night.
Officers seized 13 grams of meth worth about 15 hundred dollars.
Two Hanover residents — a 30 year old man and a 29 year old woman — have been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking.
They will appear in Walkerton court on September 19th.
