An Owen Sound man escaped serious injury after his e-bike was hit by a car.
It happened around 2:45 PM Tuesday at 14th Street and 4th Avenue West.
A 37 year old man who was riding the e-bike was taken to hospital where he was treated and released.
His e-bike was heavily damaged.
The car was being driven by a 58 year old Owen Sound woman, who was not hurt, and her vehicle received minor damage.
Owen Sound Police Service, Fire and Paramedics blocked the intersection for about half an hour during the investigation.
Police have charged the e-bike rider with making an unsafe turn.
