A young woman is dead after she and her sister were hit by a car as they walked on a road in Perth County.
OPP received the report of a crash around 4 PM on Sunday on Road 158 north of Line 75, east of Atwood.
Police say the pair was hit by a northbound car as they walked along the paved road.
20 year old Candice Grube of North Perth died of her injuries.
Her 15 year old sister, Beverly, was taken to Listowel Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries — and she is in stable condition.
The occupants of the car weren’t hurt.
Police are still investigating.
