Good news for the Hanover and District Hospital.
The Hospital has received a 185 thousand dollar hospital infrastructure grant.
It’s all part of Ontario’s Health Infrastructure Renewal Fund.
CEO Katrina Wilson says the hospital is putting the money towards roof repairs, brick and stone work and further asbestos removal.
Wilson admits they may not be glamorous projects, but they are necessary.
She says in order to maintain a healthy hospital — it’s important the building itself is kept in good repair.
