Low admits he was skeptical when LHIN’s were first formed, but after seeing it in action over the last five years, he believes in the work.
Low says he is open to modifying their work, so long as they don’t disband.
Low feels moving power from the LHIN’s to Toronto would be a grave mistake.
He notes there has been too much success and too many good things happen through the LHIN’s to stop it now.
