Bruce Peninsula OPP have investigated 14 motor vehicle collisions since the first of the year — five during the last weekend alone.
In one case — a 53 year old Wiarton woman was charged with “unsafe lane change” after her vehicle hit a school bus on Friday.
But there were no passengers on the bus at the time.
Police say it appears many drivers are unwilling to slow down in snowy weather — resulting in unnecessary collisions.
