Kincardine’s Chief Administrative Officer says council will find out on February 11th what the plans look like for the planned expansion to the local medical clinic.
John de Rosenroll says the architect will present the design at that time.
He says at that time, councillors will have the opportunity to figure out how the contract will unfold and the timing of the work.
He adds they might have a clearer picture at that time about when McKechnie Pharmacy and administrative staff can return to working on the lower level of the building.
De Rosenroll says a lot of details are involved but council wants to ensure the local medical community can work in a facility that is among the best in Bruce County.
The 55 hundred square foot addition to the medical centre will include more doctors offices, examining rooms, and space for administration.
Administrative staff are working in a temporary trailer until repairs to the lower level of the existing building are complete.
