Longtime Kincardine Community Medical Clinic staff member Margo Eno will be taking over from Lynne Bos.
Bos recently announced her resignation after being involved with recruiting medical professionals in Kincardine for the past eight years.
Kincardine Dr. Lisa Roth says Eno is well known to local doctors and has the right personality and skills for the job.
Roth says the transition comes at an easy time since doctor recruitment activity isn’t usually as strong during the winter months.
She says new graduates don’t finish their residencies until the end of June.
However, Roth says there are always some doctors showing interest in locating in a new community year-round.
Lynne Bos says there were a number of highlights during her time as physician recruiter.
She says two new doctors have set up practice in Kincardine over the past year and numerous locum physicians have been interested in working there.
