There’s more support today for the striking clerical and office workers at the Grey Bruce Health Unit.
The President of OPSEU will be in Owen Sound this morning.
Warren “Smokey” Thomas will open the Local 276 strike headquarters on 9th Street West — a block away from the health unit office.
Thomas will also visit the picket line.
The 27 employees have been on strike since May 1st to back demands for higher wages.
