The quarterly meeting of the 100+ Good Men Who Give A Damn was conducted at Best Western Inn on the Bay on January 21st.
After 3 excellent presentations, the membership voted to award $ 19,000 to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Grey Bruce West Simcoe.
Fred Wallace spoke with Beth Aubrey, the Executive Director of the organization.
Additionally, $ 1,000 was awarded to both the YMCA of Owen Sound Grey Bruce and to the Bruce Peninsula Hospice.
After 6 meetings, 100+ Good Men have donated in excess of $ 100,000 to community groups & charitable organizations in the region.
