Owen Sound Police officers were flagged down around 1:30 Saturday morning ) after a 20 year old Keppel Township man was stabbed in the chest at 8th Street and 3rd Avenue East.
He was taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries.
Police say they have received minimal co-operation from the victim and witnesses.
They believe the victim and suspect knew each other.
