Durham Hospital’s emergency department is closed today due to insufficient staffing.
The South Bruce Grey Health Centre says that it will re-open tomorrow morning at 7 a.m.
Ambulances will be rerouted to the nearest available emergency department.
Anyone requiring emergency care should call 911 to be taken to the nearest available hospital.
For non-urgent needs, the hospital advises calling Health Connect Ontario, which can be reached at 811.
