The 2024 Ontario Hockey League Priority Selection gets underway at 7 p.m. Friday evening.
The Owen Sound Attack hold the seventh overall pick, and will make four selections tonight when the first three rounds of the priority selection unfold.
In addition to their first-round pick, the Attack hold a second-round selection, and two third-round picks.
The Attack and the Attack Pak are hosting a draft gathering in the Shore Room at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre starting at 7 p.m. Friday evening, as well as 9 a.m. Saturday morning when Rounds 4-15 of the OHL Priority Selection are scheduled to begin.
The Windsor Spitfires have already announced forward Ethan Belchetz as the No. 1 pick in the priority selection. The 6-foot-5 forward had 46 goals and 38 assists in 34 games for the Oakville Rangers (OMHA) during the 2023-24 season. He added 11 points in seven games in Oakville’s championship run at the 2024 OHL Cup.
