South Bruce OPP say a Saugeen Shores man is facing criminal charges following a fatal collision.
Police say on Nov. 24, 2022 at 7:33 p.m., officers received a report of a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Bruce County Road 28 and Bruce County Road 6.
As a result of an investigation, the 39-year-old accused has been charged with dangerous operation causing death, impaired operation causing death, dangerous operation causing bodily harm, and impaired operation causing bodily harm.
The accused remains in custody pending the results of a show cause hearing set for Dec. 15.
Police continued to investigate the collision along with members of the OPP Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement team and the coroners office.
Police did not provide the name of the victim.
