Grey Bruce OPP say a 21 year old man from is facing a number of charges after a report of a suspicious person in Georgian Bluffs.
Police say on Nov. 20 at 6:24 a.m., officers responded to a report of a suspicious person at a business on Highway 6.
OPP say it was reported there was a disturbance at a business and witnesses heard yelling, screaming and glass breaking. Another report was received of a vehicle which crashed into a ditch, and a dump trailer was sitting across a live lane of traffic.
As a result, police say a 21-year-old Neyaashiinigmiing man has been charged with operation while impaired, failing or refusing to comply with demand, mischief under $5,000, mischief over $5,000, theft of a motor vehicle, dangerous operation, and two counts of failing to comply with a probation order.
OPP say the accused was held in custody to attend a bail hearing and was remanded into custody.
