It’s bad news for anyone wanting to renew their drivers licence or licence plates in the Lucknow area. The Ministry of Transporation has announced that effective immediately, the licence issuing office on Havelock Street will be closed. Anyone wanting to access driver and vehicle licensing services will have to visit offices in Winghan or Goderich. The MTO did not give any reason for the closure of the office.
