A 49 year old West Grey man has been charged in connection with a theft in Chatsworth.
On May 18th, 2011, a large quantity of building materials were reported stolen from a building site on Side Road 8 at Grey Road 3 in Mooresburg.
A number of 24-foot roof trusses were taken, along with pressure treated posts, studs and lumber.
Grey County OPP recovered the roof trusses.
The man now faces charges of theft under five thousand dollars and possession of stolen property under five thousand dollars.
He is scheduled to appear in court in July.
