A family of four from the Hanover area all went to hospital following a crash near Stratford.
The OPP say a car and van collided on Friday morning, claming the life of 80 year old Floyd Woods of Parry Sound.
The driver of the van — 43 year old Richard Moore of Ayton — was airlifted to a hospital in London where he was treated and released.
Moore’s 40-year-old wife Barb and their daughters — 14-year-old Malachi and 10-year-old Gabrielle — were taken to Stratford General Hospital where they were treated and released.
Police say the investigation into the crash is continuing.
