Bruce Power has taken the first steps in re-jigging how they respond to emergencies.

The man now responsible for coordinating it all is Wade Lacroix.
Lacroix was been given the title of Divisional Manager of the Emergency and Protective Services Division.
CEO Duncan Hawthorne says having fire, security and other emergency response units under the command of Lacroix will undoubtedly make it more efficient.
Lacriox says the change translates into even more daily coordination and communication.
Lacroix has a staff of over 400 now under his control — which he says is as big as what the entire city of Sarnia has to respond to any disaster in the Chemical Valley.
