There are new Law Enforcement Torch Runs in Bruce and Grey County today.
South Bruce OPP officers will be running in Kincardine and Walkerton in support of local Special Olympians.
The first Torch Run is in Kincardine — beginning at 10 AM at the Quinn Plaza and will continue until Victoria Park.
Then at 11 AM in Walkerton — the Torch Run will start at The Beer Store and continue to Jubilee Hall.
The OPP will also be holding a Torch Run in Thornbury and Collingwood.
Officers will start in Thornbury at 3 PM at the Blue Mountain Church and run to the Post Office.
Then at 4 PM in Collingwood — the officers will run from the corner of Fourth and Hurontario Streets to First Street.
Supporters are encouraged to attend the planned routes and cheer on the runners as they pass by.
