A Kincardine man faces charges after a police pursuit in the Peterborough area.
The OPP say a van sped away on Tuesday from a cruiser trying to stop the vehicle for erratic driving on Highway 115.
Speeds reached 160 kilometres an hour and police called off the pursuit for safety reasons.
Police continued to follow the van and when the driver got out on Beardsmore Road, he was arrested after a brief foot chase.
40 year old Harvey Douglas Orr has been charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle, flight from police, driving while disqualified and possession of cocaine.
