Alcohol was a factor in a two vehicle crash on Highway 6, north of Wiarton.
Bruce Peninsula OPP charged a 78-year-old Town of South Bruce Peninsula woman with making an unsafe turn as a result of the two car motor vehicle collision.
The woman, who’s identity had not been released, also had her drivers licence suspended for three days for registering a warn reading on a road side screening device.
Luckily the woman and the driver of the other vehicle, a 19-year-old female from Northern Bruce Peninsula, were not seriously injured.
Police were called to the collision scene on Highway 6 at Red Bay Road Friday at 9:30 PM.
