No major injuries after an accident involving a city transit bus in downtown Owen Sound.
Police and ambulance crews were called out Tuesday just after 2:30 PM to the 800 block of 3rd Avenue East.
Police say a city transit bus driver suffered an apparent medical issue causing the bus to cross the center line.
The bus collided with another car heading in the opposite direction.
The driver of the bus did not need further medical help, but the other driver was taken to Grey Bruce Health Services for precautionary reasons and has since been released.
The car was towed away with major damage.
There were eight people on the bus at the time of the crash and none of them were injured.
The road was closed for about 45 minutes on Tuesday.
Police say there are no charges yet in relation to the crash.
