A Saugeen First Nation man appeareed in Walkerton Court on Monday, facing several charges including Forcible Confinement.
The 34-year old man also faces charges of Assault Causing Bodily Harm, Choking and two counts of Breach of Probation following a domestic dispute on Saturday.
Bruce Peninsula OPP tell us they were called to a residence on the First Nation Territory shortly after 5:00 AM.
When Police arrived they found a 28 year-old female victim injured, requiring medical attention.
The man was arrested at the scene and was held in custody for the weekend.
