A bit of a scare for some Walkerton residents.
South Bruce OPP evacuated about 15 homes on Amelia Street after a gas leak.
It occurred just before 6 PM last night as crews hit a gas line while working on a road construction project.
The Walkerton Fire Department and Union Gas fixed the broken gas line in about 30 minutes.
Residents returned home and no one was injured.
