Maverick Progressive Conservative Bill Murdoch wasn’t invited on the party’s float at the opening parade for the International Plowing Match in Teeswater today.
Leader John Tory’s float was greeted with cries of ‘leave Murdoch alone” and “back off Murdoch.”
Murdoch says he’s not going to back off his statement that Tory should look for another job.
Murdoch is hoping some of his caucus colleagues will fight against his suspension for criticizing leader John Tory.
He says he was suspended by only four men appointed by Tory after he said Tory should find a new job.
