There are three fall fairs in the region this weekend.
The Teeswater Fall Fair is being held this weekend — and it includes a promotion of local food and agriculture.
The farm gate to your plate display will be in the Agri Curl Building.

The Markdale Fall Fair turns 150 this weekend.
The festivities started last night and features tractor, farm and historical exhibits as well as a midway and children’s activities.
The Desboro Agricultural Society will also celebrate its 150th anniversary today and again on Labour Day weekend.
Today’s events feature a beef and ham barbecue and a program to recognize Past Fair Presidents.
